How to register for Youth 2007

Reservations may be made in one of the following ways:

Opening/Closing Dates:
August 1, 2006, is the opening date for reservations. Please do not submit your reservations until August 1, 2006, or after. All reservations must be received by the Youth 2007 Housing Bureau no later than Friday, June 8, 2007, to guarantee a room at the convention rate.

Acknowledgements/Special Requests:
Acknowledgements will be sent after each reservation booking, modification, and/or cancellation. Confirmations will be sent by the hotels.

Review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you have questions or changes, please contact the Youth 2007 Housing Bureau at (800) 344-2282. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific rooms and room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Deposits
All reservations will require a $100.00 per room deposit. Credit cards will be charged when reservations are made. If paying by check, the check must be received by the Housing Bureau within 14 business days of making the reservation, or the reservation will be released.

Room Lists:
A complete list of the names of all occupants in each room will need to be provided to the Youth 2007 Housing Bureau.

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations will be assessed a $25 cancellation fee for each room cancelled. Deposits made by check will be charged a $20 processing fee in addition to the $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. All Changes and cancellations must go through the Youth 2007 Housing Bureau no later than Friday, June 8, 2007. NO EXCEPTIONS. Changes or cancellations on or after Friday, June 15, 2007, must be made directly with your assigned hotel.
