7:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Networks and Small Groups

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Networks Meet- Youth, Young Adults, Adult Workers

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Small Group time- Exec. Host Team. 10-12 people in each group Debrief and Devo within Small Group

10:00 pm - Late Night Options

Friday, December 29th

7:30 am - 9:00 am - Breakfast

9:00 am- 12:00 pm - Worship w/Bible Study - Professor Beauty Maenzanise and Legislative Session #1.

Orientation and breaking into topical sub-groups

12:30 pm- 5:30 pm - Service Learning Experiences

5:30 pm- 7:00 pm - Dinner

7:00 pm- 9:15 pm - Worship w/ Bishop Rosemarie Wenner and go into small group experience

8:00 pm- 9:15 pm - Small Group Experience (w/devo)- groups of 12

9:30 pm - Late Night Options

Saturday, December 30th

7:30 am-9:00 am - Breakfast

9:00 am-12:15 pm - Worship and Legislative Session #2

9:00 am - 9:45 am – Bible Study with Professor Beauty Maenzanise. Small groups will join with another small group to discuss the Bible study in a topical talk.

9:45 am - 10:30 am – Rev. Levi Bautista – Topic: Social Justice and Advocacy

10:30 am -12:15 pm back in legislative subgroups

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm- 6:00 pm - Cultural Exchange (box lunch on bus)

Hector Peterson House, Apartheid Museum, and Mandela House

6:30 pm- 7:30 pm - Dinner

7:30 pm- 9: 30 pm - Central Conference and Jurisdiction Gatherings. Networking and debriefing about the day’s experience

9:30 pm - Late Night Options

Sunday, December 31st

7:30 am-9:00 am - Breakfast

9:00 am-11:00 am - Morning Worship - Bishop Eben Nhiwatiwa

11:00 am- 12:30 pm - Regional Meetings (US, Europe, Asia, Africa)

12:30 pm- 1:30 pm - Lunch

1:30 pm- 5:30 pm - Legislative Session #3. Final Plenary/ Action on Items

5:30-6:30 pm - Final Small Group Experience

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm - Dinner and New Year’s Celebration

11:00 pm – 12 midnight – Watch Night Service – All speakers as a group
