Registration and Fees:
Please complete the online registration for each person attending.


The program fee is the same for all or any portion of the retreat. There is no daily rate.

Cost:
The cost is $305 and includes registration, lodging, and meals on the Scarritt-Bennett campus (private room with semi-private bath, eight meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch), all event sessions and materials. (Double rooms are available for individuals who are traveling with their spouse. Registrants must notify the registrar if they wish to reserve a double sleeping room.) The cost does not include transportation to or from the event or any expense for the Friday evening meal or optional evening out.

Commuter Registration fee is $110 for all or any part of the retreat. This includes Friday lunch at The United Methodist Publishing House, but does not include lodging or any other meals. Commuter Meals in The Scarritt-Bennett Dining Hall are available by prior reservation (at least one week before the event) and payment. This event is limited to 100 participants staying on campus. Additional commuter registrations will be accommodated on a space-available basis. You are not registered for this event until you receive e-mail confirmation from us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund (less $25 cancellation fee), provided that notice of your cancellation is received in our office by Friday, December 12, 2008.


Registration and Check-In:
Upon arrival at Scarritt-Bennett Center, but no earlier than 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, come to Lasky Library for registration and check-in. Receive your room assignment, name tag, schedule, and registration packet of materials. Registration will continue in the Lasky Library until 5:30 p.m., after which Late Registration will be handled in the GBOD Learning Center.
