Classes
Question: Are all other sessions being held within the confines of the hotel?
Answer: All sessions during the day are being held in the Millennium Hotel, with the exception of a few classes (Organ and "Art and Soul") at Christ Cathedral. Complimentary transportation will be available for people attending these classes. Sign up for the class and transportation at registration.
Meals
Question: What opportunities are there for breakfast? (The meal package does not include breakfast.)
Answer: A restaurant is available in the hotel. Many people may choose to bring breakfast snacks and use the coffee makers that are in every guest room.
Registration
Question: How do I register if I don't want to register online?
Answer: Request a "Paper Registration Form" from Convo@FUMMWA.org. A WORD document will be e-mailed to you; or if you prefer, request that the actual form be mailed to you via USPS.
Question: How can I find out about scholarship opportunities?
Answer: See the "Scholarship" section on this site.
Question: What do I do if I enter incorrect information in the online registration process?
Answer: You can return to the online registration page and enter your e-mail address to change your"Existing Registration." If you entered an incorrect e-mail address, contact the event registrar at Convo@FUMMWA.org or 800-952-8977.
Transportation Pass
Question: What transportation plans do you have to accommodate convocation attendees?
Answer: An optional "transportation pass" is available for $50. This is highly recommended.
Question: Are places close enough to walk if we like the exercise or is it necessary to go by bus if we don't have a car?
Answer: It is approximately one mile from the hotel to two of the venues. The other two are not in walking distance (4 miles and 22 miles).
