ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Please make your hotel reservations before registering for the event. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

  • The Millennium Hotel St. Louis is the convocation hotel. It is located in the heart of downtown St. Louis on the banks of the Mississippi River, overlooking the city's signature landmark, the Gateway Arch. Because of its central location, the hotel frequently sells out during local events. MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!

  • The room rate is $99.00 for rooms in the South Tower and $109.00 in the North Tower. All rates are per room per night, plus tax, for 1-4 people. This rate is available three days before and three days after the event on a space available basis, at the discretion of the hotel.

MEALS

The meal package covers three lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and three dinners (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) as well as breaks and receptions. All registrants are required to purchase the meal package.

Registrants for the Monday Intensive classes receive Monday lunch as part of their registration.

On Tuesday evening, participants will be able to explore Union Station and the variety of dining options found there. These range from economical "Food Court" options to moderately priced "sit-down" restaurants. See www.stlouisunionstation.com for more information.
