L3 Leadership Incubator By Barry Carpenter, Craig Kennet Miller, Craig Robertson Although some people are lucky enough to be born leaders, most people are not. The seminal training pastors receive idealizes self-reliance. By leading in isolation, some pastors often lose their sense of purpose and develop a defeatist attitude when faced with declining memberships and budgets. The L3 Leadership Incubator offers a radical alternative: Leaders are formed in community with other leaders. This initiative creates an environment where spiritual leaders are mutually coached, nurtured, and developed. What does "L3" stand for?
These three components are a part of every L3 Incubator session.
