Our event hotel will be:

Rate: $124 + tax per single reservation includes full hot breakfast, wireless internet access, excellent fitness facility and great service. Free shuttle service to and from this hotel and the church is provided by the event. Each room contains a king or two queen beds. Check out additional information at the hotel web site. Please make your reservation prior to Friday, January 27, 2012 to receive this special rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt.

Note:

• There is an additional $10 room charge for each person.
• Driving? There is a special negotiated rate of $10 parking per day at the hotel.

TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION:

Shuttle transportation to the church
Shuttle service will be provided via church buses to / from the host church and the event hotel at appropriate times in the schedule. Detailed information will be available just prior to the event. There is no additional cost for this service. Free shuttle service from the church to the airport will be provided at the end of the event.

From the airport to the church
If arriving at the airport you wish to go directly to the church, there are two options:

1. taxi service – from ground transportation at the airport to the church, plan on $27-31 with $1 for each additional person. Be certain to have the church name and address with you. 
2. shuttle service – make reservations in advance at Nashville Express Airport Shuttle by calling 615.335.6479 or online at www.nashvilleexpressshuttle.com. Cost is $25 one way. Credit card required for reservation.

From the airport to the hotel
Go to the ground transportation center to the Gray Line booth. Shuttles make regular trips to the Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt.  Cost: $14 one way. For additional information, go to www.graylinenashville.com.

Flying to Nashville
All major airlines have regular flights in and out of Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Driving to Nashville
There are three major interstate highways that intersect Nashville: I-65, I-40, I-24. Regardless of the route you use, it is easy to reach the church and the hotel. Use your gps, mapquest or google maps for specific driving instructions.
