Event Costs
(Participants are responsible for their lodging, meals, and transportation to the hotel. Lunch will be provided on Sunday at the Teaching Church. Rooms used for the event are in walking distance to the hotel. Limited shuttle service will be provided for those who need assistance walking)
Full Event (Wednesday - Sunday)
Super Early bird: $375 (May 1 cut-off date)
Regular: $425 (July 1st cut-off date)
Late/Onsite: $475 (till event starts)
Weekend Experience Only (Saturday and Sunday)
(Participants will take part in Saturday's plenary and workshops, attend a Teaching Church on Sunday and participate in the closing worship Sunday evening:
Weekend Experience: $100.00
Willow Creek Experience: (Saturday Evening)
(Participants will travel by bus to Willow Creek and attend their Saturday evening worship service, followed by a talk by one of their leaders. Cost includes bus transportation and a box dinner)
Willow Creek Experience: $25.00

Registration fees are refundable (less a $50 per person administrative fee) through July 1, 2009 and are non-refundable after July 1, 2009.

Childcare Now Available
We are pleased to announce the availability of childcare for this year’s School of Congregational Development. We have contracted with Accent on Children Arrangements, Inc. a National Company based in New Orleans who offers Childcare for many national events. Please read the information below and if interested go to www.accentoca.com/UM2009 to register your child.
The cost will be $120.00 for Wednesday to Saturday or $40.00 a day. The registration form will give you more details. Registration will be handled by Accent so they will handle all fees related to this service. You will need to make a reservation by June 26, 2009. Space is limited. Once the space is taken we will not be able to add more children because of room limitations. We will be able to handle up to 24 children.
Childcare will take place on the Second Floor of the Hotel Orrington.
(Also, the church is providing free nursery care for young children during the worship services. We hope this is of help to those of you who will have children with you this year.)
