Thursday

THURSDAY, JANUARY 8TH
THEME: "EXPLORING TOGETHER"

Exploring the tools and systems for the new day, new time and new people. As new wine requires new wineskins, so the new era calls forth new methods, new means and new implements for the work of the day. Clergy are invited to seek to be on the lead edge, if not the cutting edge, of finding those ideas and instruments with utility for creating-under the unction of the Holy Spirit-the Commonwealth of God.

DEVOTIONAL CONTEMPLATIONS

Mark 2: 22 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and the wine is lost, and so are the skins; but one puts new wine into fresh wineskins.

PRACTICAL QUESTION

How do we find, secure and utilize fresh wineskins to translate, transport and transmit the new wine need to minister in this age?
