ABOUT Large Church Initiative

The mission of the Large Church Initiative is to resource and empower large membership congregations to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The mission of the LCI Pastors’ Retreat is to provide a retreat setting that blends professional development and personal renewal in a place and at a pace that allows mutually supportive friendships to form among pastors of large churches.
