Welcome to the team section of the L3 Leadership Incubator. During these four sessions you will learn how to develop a team. Here is a quick overview of each session. If you are facilitating an Incubator session, click above for the session notes.

Spiritual Life of Leaders

Before we get into the nuts and bolts of team development, we first must look at the spiritual life of the leaders. Strategies can only take us so far. To move into transformation, we first must focus on our connection to God. Using the Means of Grace as a template, this session helps you look at how your prayer, worship, and devotional life shapes you and the quality of the relationships within the leadership team.

An Environment of Prayer

Prayer is the cornerstone of congregational transformation. Learn key strategies for developing a House of Prayer Church.

Living As A Team

Great teams have a holistic understanding of how each person contributes to the success of the whole. Significant teams have Purpose, Passion, Partners, and a Process.

Steps to Team Building

In this session you will be taught four steps for building a team. You also will have a template to use as you develop team.
