Equipped for Every Good Work starts from the scriptural witness and the experience of the early church, and it invites individuals and communities to listen for God’s leading in how to use the spiritual equipment given to us. We believe it is important to start from who and whose we are, look to the needs around us, and then design systems for ministry that appropriately fill those needs. This means the structure and work of the church can evolve with the needs of the community without compromising the work or message of the Spirit as the ground and source of our being.
