Our efforts to improve the Equipped process continue. We hope you will find the following ideas and instructions helpful and easy to use. Please let us know about your experience with these improvements and with the rest of Equipped for Every Good Work. Our goal, always, is to provide a means by which the church may know itself better as the body of Christ, equipped for every good work to which God calls us in the for the world.

For some, the time and effort required in calculating totals has been problematic. For the "techies" among us, this does not present a problem, but the rest of us could sure use a little help. Last year, we offered a spreadsheet file to record data and calculate totals. All the information you would normally record in the Group Profile Grid and the PCL Summary Sheet was included in this file. It was a good first effort, but we have since "improved the improvement." The new, improved spreadsheet file is now available for download. Information on clusters, that had to be entered twice in order to calculate correctly, is now calculated for you. Here are instructions for this updated version of the file:

Enter the Name, Spiritual Gift, Leadership Interaction Style, Spirituality Type and Task Type information for each participant on the Group Profile Grid page. Do not enter any information in Column E (Clusters). This will be calculated and filled in for you. Summary information for the Group Summary Sheet will also be calculated and filled in, using formulas located on hidden pages.
