Camp Alta Mons, Inc. seeks to employ an outstanding candidate in the capacity of Program Services Director. The successful candidate must be able to create and enhance quality Christian programs in a camp/retreat environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivery of high quality programs and services to campers and hospitality groups through the recruitment, training, and management of seasonal staff and volunteers. The applicant must be a self-starting, independent, motivated individual. He/she must also exhibit the ability to be a team player. Weekend work will be required. This will be a full-time, onsite salaried position.
