Could the Courses Be Applied Toward Academic Degrees?

Because Drew Theological School is a fully accredited academic institution, it offers a variety of degrees that certification courses can apply toward — including a Masters of Theology Studies and Doctor of Ministry. In addition, courses offered by Drew and its faculty are often accepted by other colleges, universities, and seminaries. Acceptance depends on the policies and practices of Drew and the other institutions and is determined on a case-by-case basis. The fees for the courses may vary, if you decide to take them for degree credit rather than as a non-degree student. It can be difficult to take the courses as a non-degree student and then get degree credit later, so be sure to indicate you want a course to apply toward a degree. Work out the details in advance.

Note: In the future, courses applying to camp/retreat ministry certification may also be offered by other seminaries in addition to Drew. In those cases, the schools will also be fully accredited.
