The American Camping Association's CampLine newsletter has been one of the very best regularly published resources for keeping camp/retreat leaders up to date on legal, legislative, and risk managment issues. I consider this resource one of the essentials for anyone responsible for an overall camp/retreat ministry. It comes out three times a year and is well worth its subscription cost.
