 Housing Options
People will be sharing rooms in nearly all the housing options listed below. The prices listed are per person for the duration of the event and include meals during the event. The rates are not per room/per night rates. There are very few single rooms available, and there will be an additional $60.00 charge for those wanting single rooms.
Please note: Private rooms are extremely limited and are not guaranteed. Private rooms will be confirmed after all other room assignments have been made. See the registration form for more information on each of the accommodation options listed below.
Deluxe: Carpeted rooms, private bath, beds pre-made; everything is furnished. (Number of beds in deluxe rooms will vary. Rooms have two queen beds OR 1 queen, 2 single beds OR 1 queen, 2 singles and 1 queen sofa bed.)
Deluxe Adult: $417
Deluxe Youth: $215
Standard: Private bath, beds pre-made; everything is furnished. (Number of beds in standard rooms will vary. Rooms have 1 queen, 1 double bed OR 1 queen, 2 singles.)
Standard Adult: $340 -- THIS LEVEL OF HOUSING IS FULL
Standard Youth: $174 -- THIS LEVEL OF HOUSING IS FULL
Economy: Bedding, towels and soap furnished; beds not made; bath & shower "down the hall." (Number of beds in economy will vary -- rooms have 2 single beds OR 1 double bed, studio couch.)
Economy Adult: $265
Economy Youth: $141
Each level of housing has a limited number of rooms available. All will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your level of housing is not available, you will be contacted and alternative options discussed.
