Registration

The Early Bird Registration Fee for the event is $290 per person for those registering prior to December 15, 2006. After December 15, 2006, and before January 15, 2007, the full event fee is $320.

A $100 deposit per person is required to reserve your place at this event.  Payment in full is required by January 15, 2007. Please contact Bruce Nelson at 1-800-642-2267 if you need to make any special financial arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel by December 15, 2006 — $50 fee. The remainder is refunded.
• Cancel between December 15, 2006, and January 15, 2007 — $100 fee; the remainder is refunded.
• Cancel after January 15, 2007 — No refund.

Please note that registration for the event does not reserve a room, nor does reserving a room mean that you are registered for the event. Both processes must be completed. We want to make sure that this is clear so that it does not cause you any problems.

Transportation to and from the Event

The NCRC (National Camp and Retreat Committee) wishes to partner with you to make your transportation to Sumatanga Camp & Conference Center as smooth as possible. We recommend that participants fly into Birmingham, Alabama (BHM). As a service to you, we have arranged round-trip motor coach transportation to and from the Birmingham Airport. Learn more . . .
