After months of research on the internet, discussions in the office and over cups of hot chocolate at Starbucks (I don’t drink coffee), and visits around the country, we have finally selected two awesome places to host our National Youth Gathering, Youth 2011!  Both places offer amazing opportunities and both are excited to be hosting us.

Recently, a middle school group from Ladue UMC in Salem dropped by to say hi!

We recently had a middle school group from Salem in Ladue UMC come by and see us.  They came from their home just outside St. Louis to Nashville on a mission trip.  Before they headed out to spend several days serving, we got to spend a few minutes getting to know each other.

Are you going to be coming to Nashville?  If so, please come by and see us.  We want to meet you!  You can draw on our huge dry erase wall, and we will load you up with tons of fun freebies!

Teen Leads Church Choir

What would you do if you were a talented musician and your church needed a choir director? Well, 15 year old Ryan Brunkhurst decided the obvious answer was to apply for the job. Guess what! He got it. Ryan is now leading the adult choir of Mount Gretna United Methodist Church in Pennsylvania. This story is a great example of a youth stepping up and leading in his church.
